Care Network Hub

A multi agency drop-in hub in Blackburn with Darwen for the whole community with information on activities and support available borough wide.

Report a Hate Crime

Anyone who has been a victim of a hate crime can come and report it at the Care Network Hub, a third party hate crime reporting centre.

Whether you want to refer yourself or someone you support, just fill in one simple form and we will get in touch with you.

Last year Care Network...

...supported the health, wellbeing and independence of 6,822 people through making 11,457 referrrals/signposts. We also supported 267 households to access £51,074 worth of financial support through various support schemes.
