Care Network Hub

The Care Network Hub is open and our friendly team are here to support you. Whether it's support for you or someone close to you, at home or in your community - we will do everything we can to inform you and connect you with quality services for your continued wellbeing.

Pop In To See Us At Blackburn Library

After many fantastic years at The Hub, in early 2025 we moved across the road to the Library. The move allowed us to continue developing and growing our Care Network services here in Blackburn with Darwen.

Our friendly Helpdesk is located on the Ground Floor of Blackburn Central Library 🏢 Simply walk through the Main Entrance doors at the Library and continue straight ahead. We are based next to Shelter, just past the lift and main staircase.

Drop ins are welcome from 10am - 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Please note that on Wednesdays we close early at 3.30pm.
