Care Network’s Healthy Homes project offers all adults and families in Blackburn with Darwen expert knowledge, advice and support to help you to achieve a warm, hazard-free and energy-efficient home.
Our Healthy Homes Service is commissioned by Blackburn with Darwen Public Health & the Better Care Fund. Towards the end of 2023, we rebranded the service to help better represent what's on offer. Though our look has been renewed, our service will remain the same.
