Join us at Care Network in Blackburn Library for 'Just Out There', our friendly social group for current & new members. Tackling job loss, isolation & life's pressures.

Join us each week for fun, friendship, brews, activities, wellbeing, days out, fitness & more! Everyone is very welcome..

Our current members have been talking about different things they would like to discuss or participate in during the group time. Things that came up during these discussions were:

• Music
• Playing different instruments - piano, guitar
• Being healthy
• Fitness
• Having speakers from Re:fresh & other organisations
• Bike riding, swimming, walks
• Reading books - sharing the experiences & recommendations
• Creative arts
• Days out
• Cinema
• Theatre
• Museum

We'd love to hear suggestions for our meetings from new members too!

We also talked about what we all expect from the group, and agreed that is will be a safe place to come, make new friends, socialise, build confidence, share our thoughts, learn new things and have chat with a brew.
