Disability Confident is a UK government-backed, voluntary initiative designed to help employers recruit, retain, and develop disabled people by providing guidance, resources, and a staged program of continuous improvement. 

The program encourages employers to foster an inclusive environment where disabled individuals can contribute their talents, with three levels of accreditation - Committed, Employer, and Leader - signifying increasing levels of commitment to disability inclusion.
