We had a fantastic time for #LearningDisabilityWeek2025, rounded up by a truly special day on Friday 20th June. Our amazing group of individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism & Neurodiverse talents took to the town centre & WOWED us all with a powerful performance of 'This Is Me from The Greatest Showman 🎶

The confidence, energy & joy radiating from everyone involved gave us goosebumps - this was more than a performance, it was a celebration of identity, strength & being proud of who we are! We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came to support, perform, cheer & clap. Your love & energy made the performance feel electric.

A big thanks to our amazing LD Team here at Care Network too for all your hard work & creating such a special moment.

The fun didn’t stop there… We kept the party going with delicious food, drinks, fun, games & a fabulous face painter who added even more colour & smiles to the day! 🎨🧁🎈

We got to meet so many new, friendly faces & we’re thrilled that many of you will be joining our groups each week here at the library. Welcome to the Care Network family! 🥰
