Resolve is a friendly and welcoming disability peer support group that meets regularly here at Care Network. The group are passionate about supporting each other and taking action and aim to improve the lives of people with disabilities in Blackburn and Darwen.

Resolve offer support and friendship for people who have been a victim of a hate crime. Over the years the group members have worked hard to make sure hate crimes and hate incidents are given attention. They want people who commit them or behave in a hostile manner towards others to know that it isn’t acceptable, with the hope that in the future they are prevented.

Resolve wants to make a difference and make sure that everyone's voice will be heard. They meet every Wednesday at the Care Network Hub and always welcome new members to talk and benefit from supporting each other.

Resolve is a great mix of people, some with a physical disability, some a mental health need, others a learning difficulty, everyone has an interest in disability.

Get involved, meet new people and have your say! Join us Wednesdays from 1pm to 2.30pm.
